Our Terms and Conditions
1 Your Training Course and Fees:
Your fee covers the cost of training material and support required to prepare you for the specified certification exam(s) for which you have enrolled by signing above (herein referred to as “the Course”). ITlearneasy grant a single user licence to study using the Course provided only to the person named above on this document (herein referred to as “the Student”). The single user licence is not transferable.
The Course represents modern teaching methods and may include training materials or information via the Internet, evaluation and progress testing, hardcopy books, manuals, study guides, sundry items, 24 hour online mentor support, online exam support, free software, online course downloads, tuition, CD ROM(s), coursework and online books as considered necessary to your training by ITlearneasy.
The Course curriculum, including all support and training materials supplied is specified online at our web site for each individual training course. Exam fees are not included. By signing this document the Student agrees that they have seen and understood which material they will receive as part of the Course, and the Course Duration.
2 Funding and Payments:
The Course fee may be paid using credit or debit cards, by cash or cheque payable to ITlearneasy or Online IT Training Limited, by bank transfer, by interest free deposit payments, or by any other method of funding agreed by ITlearneasy at the time of Enrolment.
The Course material will only be dispatched upon cleared funds being received.
ITlearneasy reserve the right to charge 3% above current Bank Rate per week for late payment or default regarding interest free deposit payments.
3 Course Dispatch / Activation/ Duration:
Online Courses:
All Course Stages are made available at Course Activation via the Virtual University. The Student may study online or offline by downloading the Course to their computer.
Students have access to their course curriculum material offline after the Online Course Support has expired.
ITlearneasy will provide all materials and support as specified on the Online Course for the Course Duration.
Book-Based Courses:
All Course Stages are dispatched separately. ITlearneasy will provide each Stage at the request of the Student. This is to ensure the Student is always studying using the most up-to-date material available.
ITlearneasy will provide all materials and support as specified on the Book-Based Course for the Course Duration.
Course fees are arranged with the assumption that the Student will request all materials and complete their studies within the Course Duration/Online Course Support.
No allowance is made for a Student who abandons their studies.
At its discretion, ITlearneasy may provide Stages or material not received within the Course Duration/Online Course Support for a further charge of 47% of the current Course fees per Stage.
Postage and packing for all training courses is free. At its discretion, ITlearneasy may pass on additional costs where supplementary postal fees have been incurred due to Student relocation.
4 Equipment Required:
The Student will provide their own computer equipment. The minimum PC requirement is:
- Microsoft Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista
- Pentium Processor 233Mhz
- Mouse for use with Windows
- Minimum video resolution of 800x600, with 16 bit colour
- Modem 56 Kb/s or Broadband
- CD ROM drive
- 100 Mb of free hard disc space
- An Internet browser: Internet Explorer 4.01 SP2 - 6.x, Netscape Communicator 4.7 or greater
- An Internet service provider
- 128 Mb RAM
- Valid email address
- Sound card & speakers
5 Cancellation:
The Student has the right to cancel their enrolment within seven (7) days of signing this document. All cancellation notices must be in writing and sent recorded delivery to the offices of ITlearneasy.
Notification by ordinary post, telephone, fax, e-mail or to a third party will not be valid. In such cases the Student will be liable for the full Course fees. The Student is responsible for all postage costs.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations or returns where online course material or support has been activated.
We also cannot accept cancellations or returns where the CD ROM security seal or book seal have been broken.
ITlearneasy guarantee the Course material to perform as specified in documentation and advertising. As long as the Course material performs in accordance with those documents, ITlearneasy has fulfilled their obligation to the Student.
However, if, within 30 days, the Course material does not perform as specified and we cannot correct the verified error, a replacement will be issued.
6 No Risk Guarantee - Pass or we’ll buy your training course back:
ITlearneasy are very confident that the training, support and additional training material we provide will help you pass your exam(s) first time.
If, in the unlikely event, that within ninety (90) days of receiving the Course, you fail the same single exam covered in the Course on two (2) attempts, ITlearneasy will buy back your complete training course.
This guarantee is valid for for the duration of your course.
Any study prerequisite exams as stated on the course curriculum on our web site must have been completed and you must have completed and passed all previous course modules, course testing and, if included with your training, all online testing, prior to taking the corresponding exam.
All proof must be in writing and sent recorded delivery to the offices of ITlearneasy containing proof of both exam fees paid, exam results and any prerequisite exams completed.
Notification by ordinary post, telephone, fax, e-mail or to a third party will not be valid. The Student is responsible for all postage costs.
7 Modifications:
ITlearneasy reserve the right to allow fourteen (14) days to validate and confirm exam status and content with exam bodies prior to course dispatch, and make every effort to ensure training content is relevant to the current exam syllabus.
However, ITlearneasy cannot accept responsibility for changes to the availability or syllabus content of any exams run by other bodies or organisations, or arrangements between the Student and exam centres, exam bodies or vendors.
ITlearneasy reserve the right to modify, change or improve their training courses, suppliers, materials or services with regard to industry developments and examining bodies for the benefit of Students without prior warning.
8 Unauthorised Copying:
Unauthorised copying of the software or any written material will result in immediate termination of this agreement and no further training support or material will be issued.
